We spotted the thin and tiny Dell XPS 13 (2018) at CES 2018

Amidst the sea of smart home devices and wearables at CES Unveiled yesterday, we spotted the latest iteration of Dell’s XPS 13 notebook. Dubbed as the world’s smallest 13-inch laptop, the XPS 13 is only 11.6mm thin and weighs 1.2kg.

This notebook features a 3840 x 2160 13.3-inch touch display and barely-there bezels (read: 4mm on each side). The InfinityEdge display means the 13-inch laptop fits in an 11-inch frame.

It’s available in a number of configurations, including Core i5 or Core i7 processor, 4GB/8GB/16GB RAM, 128GB/256GB/512GB/1TB storage, and Intel UHD Graphics.

It’s also fitted with a USB 3.1 port, two Thunderbolt 3 ports, a 3.5mm audio port, and a microSD card reader.

The new XPS 13 comes in platinum silver with a black carbon-fiber composite palm rest; or rose gold with an alpine white woven glass fiber palm rest.

Price starts at $999.
