But what would seriously make you upgrade to these new models is all the fun you’ll have with the S Pen. The S Pen will be used more than ever since it unlocks GALAXY Note 3’s and Note 10.1’s newest and coolest features. Air Command – Tap the S Pen on the Note 3’s display to launch a fan-type menu of five quick commands that you can control  with gestures. Action Memo – Encode a handwritten note using your S Pen and then the Note 3 will recognize your handwriting. Please write legibly, though. If you typed in a phone number you can either save it in your contacts or call it directly. The Action Memo can also be used to create to-do lists, search the internet and more. Scrapbook – This is where you dump all the cool things that you find on the internet for reading or watching later. You can also go back to the original URL where you got the content from. Screen Write – You can capture a screen shot and have it ready to scribble comments on using the S Pen. S Finder – It’s an in-device search engine that can also find hand-written notes. It understands that you sometime get lost in myriads of content. Multi Window – This is where you can drag and drop content between windows. Pen Window – This is the coolest feature, if we’re allowed to pick favorites. It’s every multi-tasker’s  dream. There’s no need to open multiple windows. With the S Pen, you can just draw a box of any size anywhere on the screen and that box will now serve as a new window that you can use for a different program such as browser or calculator.   Words Elaine Cotoner
