In a grand occasion attended by dealers from all over the country and representatives from Kawasaki Japan and Bajaj Auto Ltd. India, Kawasaki Motors Philippines launched its latest bikes to enter the local market.
The new Dominar 400 is a high-powered sports touring machine that boasts a 4-stroke, 4-valve, liquid-cooled, digital triple spark ignition engine. This is Kawasaki Philippines’ first Bajaj model equipped with anti-lock braking system.
Also new is the top-class Ninja 400 that features winning Kawasaki racing technology in its 4-stroke, 8-valve, liquid-cooled, parallel twin engine.
The Ninja 400 was presented along with its newest ambassador, three-time World Superbike Champion Jonathan Rea, and actor Robin Padilla who is a motorhead as well.
In an intimate press conference following the launch on February 10, Rea expressed his gratitude to Kawasaki for giving him the honor of representing the Ninja 400.
“I am very happy and honored to be named ambassador for the new Kawasaki Ninja 400. This is something I truly admire in its technology and performance, and I hope everyone will be able to enjoy it, too,” says Jonathan.
