Uncovering Juliana's techie side

What's your dream car?
Cadillac Escalade! I like the Ford F150, too?chrome wheels and all. Astig yun!

Does life in front of the camera ever become too much?
Oo naman! Even with the camera off, I still have to be the Juliana most people expect me to be.

What do you do to unwind?
I sleep! I also go to Baclaran church every Tuesday or Wednesday.

What sports are you into?
You know, I'd rather paint my nails than go into sports! (laughs) I used to work out everyday, but lately I've been too busy. But I don't drink and I don't smoke.

What's your idea of a fantastic date?
Good conversation over coffee is good enough for me. It doesn't matter if you're in the most expensive resto. You can take me to Tapa King?

I'd love to see a guy try that! Now what's the best thing that's ever happened to you?
The best thing is when I found God and started appreciating showbiz - not just for money but as honest work. I really learned to love my work. Showbiz-wise, it has to be my first award for my first movie: Breakthrough Performance by an Actress/Best New Actress Award for the movie xxx.com. It was the first Golden Screen Awards.

Hey, congratulations! But of course, we knew that. So how are you like when the cameras are off?
I'm more serious when I'm working. Off cam, I crack jokes and I act weird! (laughs)

What's your favorite get-up?
I'm just a jeans-and-shirt person. Definitely not a fashionista.

It's hard not to notice your whistle-bait figure. What's your diet like?
I'm on the rice-once-a-day diet. I still think I'm getting fat though.

Fresh garden salad or fat juicy hamburger?
Fat juicy hamburger! (laughs)

Where have you been around the world?
I've lived in the States, having taken middle school and high school in L.A. I've also been around Asia like Hong Kong, Bangkok, Malaysia. Oh, and I've been to Egypt.

Yeah, we read about that in the papers. What are your pet peeves?
As is said, dirty nails and dirty shoes. And bad breath! (laughs) It also annoys me when girls don't have polish on their nails. Get a pedicure, man! I'm also OC with clothes and stuff like furniture arrangement?

What's your favorite place on earth?
The beach! I just love traveling. Especially outdoors. I'm really a beach person.

What would you like to be doing 10 to 20 years from now?
Raising kids. Wait, can we rewind that? (laughs) But I'll be 30 or 40 then, so I guess that's okay. I still wanna work, of course. I love making people smile without doing anything.
