Do you drive?
Yup, it's a Lancer with an automatic transmission. I'm a bit of a speed racer when I drive so I'd
love to have a manual, but I can't hack a manual in traffic, man!! I want a Land Rover Freelander. Yummy!
Does life in front of the camera ever become too much?
Not really. What becomes too much is my crazy work schedule. I'm a bit of a stress ball because I
can't unwind as much as I need to. When I get the odd day off I just chill and watch TV or read a book.
I don't want to go to the malls and I don't want to go out because I'm always on the move. So, when I
relax I just want to be still. I miss going to the beach now. Just haven't had a free weekend to go.
Quick! Character choice: Peter Parker or Aragorn?
Aragorn! You can see how in love he is! See, I'm such a hopeless romantic. I could talk about love
all day long. And tell you how I'm waiting for my Prince Charming to come and sweep me off my feet.
Does that really happen?
(Pause) ? (longer pause) ? (Sigh?) Well, I keep kissing frogs but all I get are warts. Speaking of
warts, Shrek or Nemo?
Nemo!! Shrek's a close second, though.
Let's say Hollywood wants you in an A-list movie, which would you want to be in, and which character
would you be?
I'd have to say the Kill Bill series. Those chicks kick butt! It's nice to see more women not playing the
victim. They'd have to make another character for me and I'd be really schizo and Uma could kill me off.
The whole room became quiet when you walked in the showroom for our shoot. Do you always have
this effect on people?
Not all the time, but a lot. I think it's just because people don't know me. I don't know. But I get really
uncomfortable when that happens because I'm very shy.
But you guys were great. I had fun listening to you guys joke around with each other.
Whew, I thought it was because we forgot to shower! Sports car or sport bike?
Sports car. And I loved the shoot because I'm a Mercedes aficionado. I get it from my parents. Ever since
I was born they've been loyal to Mercedes-Benz. My car in Australia was a cute silver Benz which I adored!
Unfortunately because I moved here, my parents wouldn't get me one here and I surely can't afford it on my
own. The new SLK is delish!
What's the best thing that's ever happened to you in the course of your career?
Being able to buy my own place. I feel so grown-up. (big smile)
We always see you in magazines and on TV as really fabulous and, hmm,
refreshing. Are you always this way?
Thank you. Of course, I'm not always fabulous. I have my bad days and my ugly days. When the cameras are
off, I don't wear makeup at all.
What are your sports?
I used to wakeboard but again haven't had the time to go the beach. I'm really quite lazy and my schedule
doesn't permit me to really dedicate any time to being fit, unfortunately. I also know how to scuba dive. And
tennis.
Sharapova rocks! What do you listen to?
I like mellow rock. But when I want to get my groove thang on, it's R&B all the way! Give me Kelis, Usher,
even Britney and I'll be on the floor shakin' it.
What are your pet peeves?
Waiting. I'm really impatient. And liars. Why do people lie so much? I just do not
understand that.
Neither do we. Honest! What's your favorite place on earth?
Any place my family is. But, I loved Crete so much when I was a kid. It was just so beautiful.
